Our Refund/Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a simple and straightforward return/refund policy within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund or return, the item(s) must be in their original packaging and unused, including all warranty cards, cartridges/converters, customer sales invoice, and pen case.
If the nib has been inked, we'll still accept your return, but there will be a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price paid. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We always strive to provide accurate images of our products, but please keep in mind that colours and sizes may vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen.
